旋葉式壓縮機(jī)的葉片型線設(shè)計(jì)理論研究及應(yīng)用探析

摘要:與缸體內(nèi)壁相接觸的葉片頭部形狀是旋葉式壓縮機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵之一。應(yīng)用微分幾何理論,研究出與各設(shè)計(jì)基本參數(shù)緊密相關(guān)、與缸體型線相匹配的葉片型線設(shè)計(jì)方法,從理論上保證旋葉式壓縮機(jī)的運(yùn)行可靠性,為實(shí)現(xiàn)高效壓縮的旋葉式壓縮機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)提供計(jì)算依據(jù),拓寬設(shè)計(jì)理論。計(jì)算機(jī)仿真與試驗(yàn)表明,由設(shè)計(jì)理論獲得的葉片具有很好的嚙合特性,完全消除了“尖點(diǎn)滑移”和局部磨損現(xiàn)象,具有均勻相對(duì)滑動(dòng):型線的形狀保證葉片頭部與缸體內(nèi)壁的運(yùn)行可靠性;葉片頭部具有z*簡(jiǎn)單的型線形狀,易于機(jī)械加工制造:與主型線光滑連接的前、后過渡修正圓弧,使葉片與缸體內(nèi)壁嚙合時(shí),不成刀刃狀,且利于形成油膜,改進(jìn)潤滑狀況,同時(shí)降低缸體、轉(zhuǎn)子及轉(zhuǎn)子葉片和葉片槽的加工和裝配精度要求。

Abstract:The vane tip profile contacted with the inner wall of the stator is a key point in designing the rotary vane compressor.Thevane tip profile design,matched with the stator profile,closely connected with the essential parameters is presented with thegeometric theory of calculus ensuring the reliability of the rotary v剮rle compressor.The theoretical calculation basis is provided forthe design of the rotary vane compressor with high efficient compression and the design theory of the rotary vane compressor isbroadened.Computer simulation and test demonstrate that the new vane has a better meshing characteristic,which eliminates thescraping between the vane tip and the cylinder and partial abrasion conditions completely,and leads tO sliding uniformly.The shapeof the vane tip profile ensures the reliability of the seal between the vane tip and the inner wall of the stator;the vane tip profile issimple,and easy tO machine.When the vane is meshed with inner wall of the stator,the front and rear transitional arcs smoothlyconnected with the main vane profile Can not only avoid tO form a cutting edge shape,but also benefit to form oil membrane.The precisionrequirement of manufacture and assembly of stator,rotor,vane and rotor slot is reduced.

旋葉式壓縮機(jī)是20世紀(jì)70年代中期發(fā)展起來的一種新型壓縮機(jī),具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、低噪·機(jī)槭傳動(dòng)田家礞點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)審開放萆會(huì)資助項(xiàng)H(SKLMT-KFKT-200905)。20100916收到初稿.201 10505收到修政稿聲、低啟動(dòng)力矩等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已被廣泛地應(yīng)用于汽車空調(diào)領(lǐng)域,隨著新材料的開發(fā)和工藝水平的小斷提高而愈加體現(xiàn)出優(yōu)越性11-51。旋葉式壓縮機(jī)分圓形缸體和非圓形缸體兩類,其中圓形缸體內(nèi)擘的加工較非圓形缸體簡(jiǎn)單,但非圓形缸體旋葉式壓縮機(jī)由于作用腔的結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱性,被壓縮工質(zhì)的壓力相巨平衡,區(qū)I而具有更好的動(dòng)力平衡特性,已成現(xiàn)代汽車空調(diào)壓縮機(jī)的主流。
