直線壓縮機驅動電機功率因數(shù)的分析

摘要:為了確保電機具有高的功率因數(shù)和良好的工作性能,通過理論計算和實驗研究分析了直線壓縮機驅動電

機功率因數(shù)的幾個重要影響因素,如角頻率比、阻尼比.數(shù)學模型包含了機械系統(tǒng),電磁系統(tǒng)以及壓縮氣體的熱力學系統(tǒng),為簡化計算,對該模型進行了線性化處理.計算和實驗結果顯示,工作頻率和阻尼比是z*重要的影響因素.當電機T作頻率位于機械系統(tǒng)共振頻率附近時,功率因數(shù)具有極大值,隨著阻尼比的增加,高功率因數(shù)區(qū)域變大.空載和帶負載條件下的實驗結果與理論分析基本一致。z*高功率因數(shù)都在0 96以卜

Power factor analysis of driving motor for linear compressor

Abstract:Main effect factors on the power factor of driving motor used for linear compressor were analyzedto ensure high motor performance,including radian frequency ratio and damping ratio.Linear processingof the mathematical model describing mechanical system,electromagnetic system and thermodynamic system was carried OUt tO simplify the calculation.Calculation and experimental results showed that operatingfrequency and damping ratio were the most important effect factors;the maximum power factor was ob—tained when operating frequency was near the mechanical resonant frequency;high power factor sectionwas enlarged with increasing damping ratio.The experimental results agreed well with the analytical solutions when the piston was with load or without.All the highest power factors were above 0.96.

直線壓縮機z*初用于空間技術中的微型低溫制冷機,目前已在多方面得到應用.韓國已經(jīng)將其應用于制冷壓縮機,開發(fā)r采用直線壓縮機的D10s(deluxe,intelligent,optimum and silent)冰箱1 I.由于直線壓縮機沒有曲柄連桿機構,活塞受到的徑向力和摩擦力都大大減小,壓縮機的整體效率得到了提高,電機的效率達到了92%口],直線壓縮機效率比曲軸壓縮機提高了20%oJ;另外直線壓縮機活塞的行程隨著輸入電壓的變化而變化,壓縮機的啟動和容量調節(jié)都很容易,因此電機頻繁啟動造成的啟動損耗也相應減少.根據(jù)LG(Lucky Goldstar,目前是韓國第三大公司)的實驗數(shù)據(jù),300 I。的冰箱采用直線壓縮機電能消耗總體可以減少25%口].
